These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access the site, including anyone who views service information, downloads material or submits details through our contact form.

2. Permitted use of the site

You may use the site for lawful business purposes connected with learning about our services, reviewing information and making an enquiry. You must not use the site in a way that disrupts access, interferes with security or places unlawful material on the site or through it.

  • Do not upload material that is false, defamatory, unlawful or harmful.
  • Do not use the site to send spam, malware or automated traffic that burdens the service.

3. Service information and document automation content

The site may describe template libraries, clause banks, conditional questionnaires, merge fields, matter data handling, review steps and secure storage functions used in document automation. It may also refer to common practice documents such as contracts, wills, leases, letters of demand and conveyancing paperwork.

Content on the site is provided for general information about software and workflow support. It is not legal advice, does not create an attorney client relationship and should not be treated as a substitute for professional legal judgment on any matter.

  • Service descriptions may change as workflows, templates or support processes are updated.
  • Any examples shown are illustrative and may not suit every firm or file.
  • Final use of any document remains the responsibility of the law firm using it.

4. Information you send through our contact form

When you submit details through our contact form, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current and relevant to the enquiry. Please do not send sensitive case material unless it is requested for a defined onboarding or support step.

Any information submitted through the site may be used to assess a request, prepare for onboarding, support a practice or manage a service relationship. We handle personal information in a manner intended to align with POPIA aware practices and standard business safeguards.

  • Any permitted use must keep copyright notices intact.

6. Liability, security and governing law

We take reasonable care with the site and with general information published on it, but we do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, error free or free from security risks. Use of the site is at your own risk, subject to applicable law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd and LawMachine are not liable for loss arising from use of the site, reliance on general content or interruption of access, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
